This page explains PPL 2026 end to end — how registration works, how points are earned, and how winners are decided. If anything here differs from what the committee announces in the WhatsApp group, the group announcement is the final word.
Registration happens once, through the PPL Registration Form available on the PPL webpage. Participants must fill in their Name, Mobile Number, Age Group and Email ID.
A unique and valid mobile number is compulsory for registration. The organising committee may verify the mobile number at any point during PPL. If the mobile number is found to be incorrect, invalid, or not genuine, the participant's registration may be disqualified.
After registration, the organising committee assigns each participant to one of four teams. The team assignment will be communicated through email once the assignment is complete.
Your PPL Registration Confirmation Email will contain your PPL ID, PIN, and Team Name. Please keep this information safe, as your PPL ID and PIN will be required for participation and for accessing your PPL progress.
From that point, every point you earn counts toward both your individual score and your team's total throughout the ten days.
Additional bonus points may be announced during PPL, so the total possible score may be higher than the regular 100 points per day.
To earn the 50 points for a regular session:

Upload a respectful photo showing your presence. A selfie booth may also be provided, if available. A selfie submitted after the applicable deadline, or submitted on a later day, does not earn points for that session. There are no exceptions, so it is recommended to complete the check-in and selfie submission as soon as you finish your session.
At check-in, you can self-declare which additional activities you also took part in that session, on top of darshan. Each one adds +20 points — there's no limit, so if you took part in every activity listed for that session, each one still counts.

This is self-declared at check-in, on the honour system — there's no separate verification step, so please tick only what you genuinely took part in.
The Leaderboard page shows a live group summary — total check-ins so far, the morning/evening split, and how many participants took part in each additional activity across the whole sangh.
After each session closes, five lucky participants are picked at random from everyone who validly checked in that session — five for Morning, five for Evening. Winners are announced the next day on the home page, with their name, team, and selfie shown, plus a +20 point bonus added to their score automatically. Every valid check-in that session has an equal chance — there's nothing extra to do beyond checking in properly.
The participant with the highest total points at the end of PPL 2026 will be the Individual PPL Champion. There is no fixed maximum score, as additional activities, Lucky Draw bonuses, and other bonus challenges may be introduced during the ten days. The aim is to participate consistently in the regular morning and evening sessions while also taking part in any additional activities announced by the organising committee.
If two or more participants finish tied, the committee will apply a tie-breaker (for example, most days with both sessions completed, or earliest registration). The tie-breaker will be announced before the final results if it becomes relevant.
Every participant's individual points also add to their team's running total. The team with the highest combined total at the end of PPL 2026 will be the Team Champion. This means every participant's contribution matters — regular session points, Lucky Draw bonuses, and any eligible additional bonus points can all contribute to the team's overall score.
Through the ten days, the committee may announce extra themed days with their own bonus points on top of the standard morning/evening points — for example an Early Bird bonus for an early morning visit, a Family Darshan bonus for attending with family, or a surprise Mystery Day. These are announced in advance in the WhatsApp group and on this website and are additional to, not instead of, the standard morning/evening points.
Use My PPL Passport with your PPL ID to see your running total and day-by-day grid. Enter your PIN as well to view your own submitted selfies for each day — this is private to you and requires the same PIN used at check-in, so no one else can view your photos.
Points are here to bring energy and consistency to Paryushan — they're a way of encouraging daily darshan, not a replacement for what the ten days are actually about. However the scoring works out, the real goal is reaching the mandir each day, participating together, and celebrating Paryushan with enthusiasm and devotion.
